Cannot connect my HP Officejet 4620 to new wifi

I have moved house. Have a new sky router and connection and now cannot connect my printer to the new wifi. 
I have tried everything I know and have not Ber able to connect printer to wifi. 
I am techy and thought I would be able to sort this out! B 

but have not been able to. 
assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I also do not have a wps button on my router. It is new version.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
