HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello  I can print, I can remote print, but cant scan, said printer offline, disconnected, maid sure wi-fi on, network password is correct, can print remotely   Got IP Address, Bluetooth on 

 

Any suggestions

  • Ensure that your HP ENVY 7640 printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or device from which you're trying to scan. Even if you can print remotely, the scanning function might require a more stable and direct connection.
  • Restart both your printer and your Wi-Fi router to refresh the network connection.

Update Printer Firmware:
