Hello, I am trying to locate my Bluetooth driver but can't seem to find it, I went on hp support to download to the designated driver for my laptop I installed and restarted my computer and still isn't there, I'm pretty sure I downloaded the correct one (Realtek). Here's how my device manager looks like.

Hi:
I can see from your screenshot, that there is no bluetooth hardware present in the device manager.
That is perfectly normal because your notebook did not come with built in bluetooth hardware, according to the product specs below.
Bluetooth is not listed in the Wireless Connectivity specification section.
https://www.support.hp.com/id-en/document/c04797004
Looking at the parts list for your notebook, to confirm the specs are correct, your notebook has a Realtek RTL8188EE wifi adapter.

That wifi adapter is not a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.

You're very welcome.
Windows has bluetooth controls set up even if the PC doesn't have the hardware.
If you need bluetooth, you can do two things...
1. Easy: Purchase an external USB bluetooth adapter.
2. Harder: Replace the internal Realtek 8188EE wifi card with the Realtek 8723BE wifi/bluetooth card.
You would need to get this model and HP part number...
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 Combo Adapter HP Part # 792610-005
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

The wifi card R & R procedure can be found in chapter 6.
You can find plenty of those wifi cards for sale on eBay...
