I just bought a laptop and I'm trying to install win 11. Right at the beginning it asks for the network driver. Can I skip this step or how I install a driver in this case. Thank you

I'm assuming you have installed W11 and are at the point where you are asked to connect to the internet to complete the setup process?

 

If so, see this link for how to bypass the internet connection requirement to set up W11 and set up a local account.
