Product: HP 15 Laptop PC 15-e3000 (4X378AV)

After few days work, the laptop starts to lose the Wi-Fi signal. Everywhere, not only with my usual home Wi-Fi even with the one I use at work and, moreover, don’t recognise the hotspot link whit my phone. 
How can I fix it?
