Product: HP ENVY 7645 e-All-in-One Printer
I have had a professional tech work this problem . He has Uninstalled all instances of HP on my computer and then re-installed the printer with updated HP software and I was able to scan. the next time I turned on the computer the same problem occurred. Again he got my scanner problem solved but again could not scan after shutting down and restarting the computer.
I only one printer (HP Envy 7640 Series) but Hp Print & Scan Doctor indicates more than one printer installed. HP envy 7640 Series(Network) and HP Envy 7640 Series (Net) #3 #4 and #5..
Please HELP.
