device: HP Pavilion x360 convertible 
Hey, I was working on my assignments with no apparent issue and then suddenly it gave the blue screen of death. It reset my laptop and after it was working fine again, and so I decided to update the laptop just to prevent the screen once again. but the updated failed and even when I tried to update to windows 11, it also failed.
Later, I updated the bios and it was successful but now my main issue is that i cannot access the internet and it keeps saying that it cannot provide a secure connection even though im connected to wifi.

 

i have tried resetting the laptop more than a couple times, disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi, deselected and selected google chrome from the firewall options and even went through extensive tests which all came out as ‘pass’.
