We just bought this laptop and it says it has a wifi - https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c06278640.pdf/

 

However, we cannot see wifi adapter at all? I'm posting an image of keywoard and side ports. Can someone please help?

Yes, it has Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 b/g/n/ac (1x1) and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo wifi adapter. You installed Windows 10 on it. Did you also install wifi driver ? No driver it is not going to work.

 

Please download and install

 

           Wifi:   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107501-108000/sp107515.exe

BlueTooth:  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100556.exe
