Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed WIN 10 about a year ago on this laptop.  Suddenly today the WIFI will not turn on.  The WIFI icon just stays orange, and will not turn blue when I press it.  The HP support web site will not let me access drivers for this laptop.  (It does not give me a choice of OS.

Well

After beating my head against the desk, I figured out a fix.  In windows 10 go to the settings menu (the gear) then go to the network submenu and at teh bottom of the page select "network reset".

This will uninstall and reinstall all the network drivers and will clear all your WIFI passwords.  But after I did that it worked!
