Hi:

Doesn't your notebook only have one Wi-Fi antenna wire installed?

The Bluetooth in the RTL8822CE card won't work because it needs to have two Wi-Fi antenna wires connected to the card--one for Wi-Fi reception and one for Bluetooth reception.

If you originally installed the RTL8821CE both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth should have worked with one antenna wire, so I don't know why the Bluetooth isn't working on that model card.

That's the first time I have ever heard of that problem with that card.

The part number used for the RTL8821CE would be L17365-005

You're very welcome.

The RTL8821CE's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are supposed to work with only one antenna wire.

Did you install the latest Bluetooth driver for the RTL8821CE?

This is the latest Bluetooth driver currently available for the RTL8821CE:

Version 1.10.1072.3000

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp155001-155500/sp155460.exe

This is the latest Wi-Fi driver currently available:

Version 2024.10.230.1

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp155501-156000/sp155768.exe

If you want to install a better card than the RTL8821CE, please post the full model number or product number of your notebook, so I can see if that would be possible.

I also need that information so you can order the correct dual antenna kit that would be indicated in the service manual for your notebook.
