HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello World !

I have upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit, but I can not use my LTE connection, because Celluar Option is not shown on the wireless settings and also on the "Change Adapter Option" section. (Please see the pictures attached below the post)

May anyone help me on this issue?

I have already posted a topic here, but unfortunately the solution was not working. I CAN NOT install these two drivers (HP hs3110/hs3114 Mobile Broadband  OR  HP lt4112 Gobi 4G)  in Windows 10. I execute the installation file, and then nothing happens.

Please help if you know how to install the driver or any other solution

Thanks in advance,

Soroush

The  HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G2 Tablet PC is a series of many models/products with many different options / configurations and

  * WWAN is an optional, add-on feature and is planned to be available in March 2014. WWAN use requires separately purchased service contract. Check with service provider for coverage and availability in your area. Connection speeds will vary due to location, environment, network conditions, and other factors. 4G LTE is not available in all regions and requires Windows

The question is: did you buy WWAN option for your machine ?

Thank you for your respond,
I have the hardware installed which I can insert a SIM Card.

Previously you kindly responded to my post here, but both two drivers does not start to install, when I execute the file, nothing happens.
I just want to know is there anyway to manually install driver packages? or any other solution?!

@SoroushRevolve

SIM slot and WWAN card are 2 things, they are at different locations. You NEED WWAN card to allow you to use SIM card.

Looks like your machine does not have WWAN card at all.
