Hello HP Community,
When I try to connect my Laptop through sim card it shows " Account is not active". I have installed wwan card It4120. Before it was working smoothly when I updated the windows I am facing this issue .
When I trouble shoot this problem it shows that your broadband subscription is inactive or expired. I have the network location and setting still I am facing the same problem
Can anyone solve my problem

Please ask your phone provider, they should activate your account for you with your $$$.
