Hello,

 

Please i have windows 10 pro on my EliteBook 1040 G1 and there no mobile broadband or cellular option on network adapter. I have installed all the drivers gotten from hp support website but nothing seems to be working.

I really need to use the sim card and mobile broadband as there isn't any wifi network where i am.

 

Do i need to get a new mobile broadband adapter or there's a spftware i'm missing that will work for windows 10.

Did your notebook come with the required WWAN adapter and was it working before you upgraded to W10?

 

What device is listed under the other devices category in the device manager?
