Product: HP EliteBook x360 830 G8 Notebook PC (17N22AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Cellular connection for my HP EliteBook x360 830 G8 laptop is showing "no service". The laptop is factory-fitted with Intel(R) XMM(TM) 7360 LTE-A mobile broadband module. The cellular connection has never worked before. I have updated the operating system to Windows 11 22H2 and have equally performed updates from HP and Intel websites, but still the same problem.

Please check with your SIM provider, some providers lock their SIM's with their phones.
