I have an HP Folio Leather 13. I signed up for the Sprint service for the cellular feature on the model I ordered. It recognizes the SIM card as being from Sprint, but the wireless and networking settings says it is disconnected. Sprint is showing the service as activated on their end. Here is what I have done to try and fix the problem:

1) Tried a different SIM from Sprint

2) Uninstalled and reinstalled after reboot the Intel XMM 7560 LTE A-Pro device

3) Made sure that all Windows Updates have been applied

4) Have run HP Support Assistant to make sure that there are no updates that need to be applied

There was one brief moment that it worked, but I believe it stopped working after some windows updates.

The WWAN card may be locked to a diffrent provider or your SIM card is locked to Sprint. Please check with Sprint first: does their SIM support the WWAN card on your computer.

Yes, Sprint works with this device. HP advertises 6 month free service specifically for this computer and the IMEI number is in the list of supported devices in the Sprint system. Plus Sprint even had a press release about their support for the device: https://newsroom.sprint.com/hp-spectre-network-for-unlimited.htm/
