HP ZBook Fury 16 G10 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

Hello,

I wanted to try using the cellar network but it is not working.

There is no icon I can select, however my Laptop HP zbook fury 16 g10 fWWAN is supposed to have the LTE module. The sim card is already selected.

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi:

Most zBooks do not come with the WWAN option.

You can easily check to see if your notebook has the optional LTE module by going to the device manager, click to expand the Network adapters device manager category, and if your notebook has the mobile broadband option, you will see one of the following WWAN adapters listed there:

Intel XMM 7560 R+ LTE

Intel 5000 5G

Below is the link to the service manual:

Thanks for the prompt result.

I've attached what I can see. None of the twos you mentioned are listed in the device manager.

However when I opened the Laptop there is a Intel 5G Solution 5000 inside, so the hardware is there.

Also in the description of the laptop it says there's a 7B7X9AV WWAN I 500 5G Solution 1 inside. Screenshot 2024-09-16 152859.png

You're very welcome.

See if the WWAN adapter is enabled in the BIOS.

If that doesn't get the device to show up, I recommend you contact HP customer service starting at the link below.
