Hi @Carol1976195720,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reconnect your HP Tango X printer to a new broadband network for Instant Ink, follow these steps.

Reset the Printer’s Network Settings:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons on the back of the printer until the blue light flashes. This resets the network settings.

Reconfigure the Printer with the New Wi-Fi:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer (install it from HP’s website if you don’t have it).
  • Make sure your device is connected to the new Wi-Fi network.
  • In the app, tap Add Printer or Set Up a New Printer and follow the prompts to reconnect the printer to the new Wi-Fi.

Reconnect to Instant Ink:

  • Once your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, sign in to your Instant Ink account at hpinstantink.com to ensure everything is up to date.
  • Check if the printer shows as online. If it does, your Instant Ink subscription should resume as normal.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
