HP Chromebook - 11-v010nr
Chrome OS

I have tried to get my son's Chromebook to connect to the Wi-Fi. It will connect for a few minutes and then cut out. I know it is not the Wi-Fi network because everything else in my home connects with no problem. I have tried to whitewash it or power wash it and the first time it worked and then something asked me if I wanted to restore my apps and then the Wi-Fi dropped after i said yes so i figure it is probably one of the apps we had on it. I power washed it again and now I cannot get the Wi-Fi to connect at all. I even tried using a USB Wi-Fi adapter and it doesn't even recognize that. I cannot even get logged in and the Chromebook does not have an ethernet port for me to plug in directly to at least get in to fix whatever the problem is. Can anyone provide me some insight to get this fixed?
