Windows 11. I’ve done the settings, Reset, Remove Everything, Local Reinstall etc steps, but when it turns back on it says nothing has changed.

Someone has suggested selecting Recovery but this also hasn’t worked. I don’t want to have to take it to a repair shop when I’m just going to sell anyway what else can I do to completely wipe my laptop, ready for it to be sold?

If your PC is less than 5 years old, try the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the notebook's drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
