Product: HP Notebook 15t-dy100 CTO

I have an HP Laptop 15t-dy100 with windows 10 on it and it will not connect to my university's wifi. I tried restarting my computer and that did not work. I tried to connect my laptop to the hotspot on my phone, but it would not connect without a Bluetooth or wifi connection. I searched my school's website for the wifi info on my phone and they said that for a windows computer, I need this app in order to able to connect. Later when I got home, I checked the app store on my computer and the app did not exists. I have no clue what to do and I tried to look it up and had no luck and I need it to work for school tomorrow. please help me.

Can you connect to your home network ? Please ask IT personnel at your Uni, they should be able to tell you how to connect.
