My Elitebook 840 G1 doesn't pair with JBL Charge 3 bluetooth speaker. The speaker doesn't show up when the computer is searching for bluetooth devices. My bluetooth headphones (non-JBL) show up but the JBL speaker doesn't. I tried everything, updated the drivers of the wireless adapter, other bluetooth drivers, etc. I checked all the settings, etc. Please help.

Hi,
Please do not try to fix your computer, fix your speakers. Your computer works with other Bluetooth devices.
Regards.

The JBL speaker is discoverable - my phone has no problem connecting to it.
Device Manager says that all bluetooth devices are working properly.
Also, I tried everything (except system restore) written here - https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01590950
But nothing works.

Okay, I checked the manuals once again and found that there was a button I should have pressed. Strange that my phone found the speaker without me pushing the button. Anyway, I got the problem fixed!!! 🙂 Everything is working now. Thanks!
