HP-All-in-one desktop
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have a PP that I want to connect to my monitor, the monitor is an HP all-in-one desktop 24-cb0xxx. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the display from the all in one desktop to the PC display. The PC is plugged in to power and also connected to the desktop via HDMI cord. When I go to settings and select displays it only comes up with the all-in-one desktop and not the PC.

Can someone provide guidance on how I can change the display from the all-in-one to the PC display.

Hi:

Unfortunately, your PC's HDMI port is output only which means that you cannot use your PC's display as a display for another device.

You're very welcome.

There isn't any way that I know of how you can use your PC's display as an output source for another device using any of the available inputs.
