I searched for hours on this topic, with no joy what so ever, I got so frustrated, that I finally gave up searching & went through my laptop settings, I finally solved this problem on my own (shocked I'm such a novice with elelctronics) here how I did it, Click Start, In search programs & files Type Device manager and click on it, ckick on network adapters, this will display them all, right click on adaptor, then click on update driver software Ta-da, when updated the problem was solved. I hope anyone who sees this that it helps them out, and didn't spend hrs searching for the solution Regards. Col
