Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just installed a Tenda Nova MW6 mesh sytem, which has given me a strong WiFi signal all over my house. The wireless setup wizard on my printer doesn't seem to be able to connect to the new wireless network.

The Wireless Network Test Report states :- More than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID). if this is not intended, your HP printer may connect to the wrong wireless network. If you change your network name, you will need to configure the SSID on all wireless devices to match your new network SSID;

Anyone got any ideas how to connect.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

This Printer only supports 2.4 GHz frequency. Please do check with your Internet Service Provider what frequency is this mesh system on.
