Hello, i am currently experiencing an issue when i try to create/register the qr code my provider sent me for esim on my computer. 
I did follow the steps on the offiical pages of HP but every time i try to create the esim profile  i get this error notifications without any errors codes.

It clearlly say " something didn't work out2 but doesnt provide further informations. Did somoeone experience something similar and maybe know a way around it ? 
PS: The QR is not the problem since when i'm scanning it with an ipad it gets recognise without issues
