Laptop: HP ZBook Power 16 inch G11 A Mobile Workstation PC
Windows 11 version 24H2
Since September I have been having issues with my Bluetooth driver. A Windows update installed (back in September) after which my Bluetooth headphones JBL TUNE760NC (and any other headphones or earphones, I tried about 5 different pairs) connect to my laptop, but as soon as any sort of music or video starts playing, my laptop gets a BSOD.
I tried re-installing the Bluetooth drivers, tried an older version of the driver, but still it will always get a BSOD. I have also tried if having an external Bluetooth adapter would fix the issue - it didn't, the laptop still got a BSOD.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue? Thanks for the help in advance!
