Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I don’t have WiFi but apple says this is the way to connect my iPhone to this laptop. I don’t have an internet hard line, need to use my phone for internet access. My phone provider is ATT. Apple support was an hour yesterday to finally get a connection but the connection is dead and I can’t get it back doing what they did.

Firstly does your iPhone have a DATA plan ? If YES you can use your iPhone to connect your computer to internet. Please use the following Guide
