Hello

I have 2 printers which were installed and working well until recently. All of a sudden, the laptop wasn't finding them. So I uninstalled and tried to reinstall them. One Epson and one Canon.

They won't install. The internet seems to be working fine. I am assuming it is a laptop issue as 2 different printers are not working. I have been searching what to do but am running out of options and patience.

Can anybody help please?

Both are NOT HP products Please ask those vendors.

I can't see any problem with more than one printer. I'm using one Canon and one Epson now, my loan HP printer was donated to charity last year.

Regards.

Thank you Banhien.

I believe it is a driver error. I managed to get the Epson working but still not the Canon. Do you know how I can get around the driver issue?

Please go to Canon support page, select your printer to download drivers/software and try again.
