Product: HP Laptop 14-cf1011ds
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this HP Laptop yesterday and have spent hours trying to connect to the Internet. It is totally ridiculous! I have tried everything I saw on the Internet to solve this problem! Nothing works. 
Why should this even be a problem? I am at my wit’s end!

Should be no more than 1 minute task. What is the problem ? What is the error message ?

HP Recommended

It says I don’t have the correct password and it is the same password I use for my phone, tablets and another computer. I have tried the password 50 times with no results. I am about ready to send it back! It has no internet button, only an airplane button! I have spent hours and hours on this! If you can fix it in a minute, it would be great!
