HP Laserjet 8610 All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a lot of problems trying to connect my HP Laserjet 8610 wireless printer.  I cannot even use my printer wizard as it comes up that it is locked by the administrator.  The automated HP Support came back and said the printer was connected to the network.  I even made sure the printer was not checked as "Offline."  Can someone please help?

@VAProud, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I am assuming that you have HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps!

Hello, although the problem of getting my printer connected has been resolved, I am still unable to print.  I had to install 2 new print cartridges before printing.  I was able to print a test page but my documents are not printing.  I cannot get my printer to show up in the print screen as an option.  Do I need to delete the current printer and re-ad my printer?  Please advise.
