HP Recommended

I have a hp Chromebook probably old but I have a problem with connection only on this Chromebook it always says "connected,no internet" but it doesn't do this on my TV or phone I have powerwashed the Chromebook and now I cannot get passed the set up page with the network listed it still says connected,no internet I have tried my own Hotspot but it does the same but with other wifi connections it doesn't do this I am only 14 so I cannot just buy things to fix this but please I need help to fix this.
