Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have installed a Netgear Extender to reach parts of the house where the WiFi network from the router is poor. Unlike all the other devices my notebook can only find the 2GEXT profile from the extender but not the 5GEXT profile. So I cannot download or stream video content. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I can't not find its specs from HP.  Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine


             https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

 

I believe it is a Probook 450 G4 machine and its wifi adapter only supports 2.4GHz networks therefore it can't "see" 5.0GHz network.
