Hi:
Here is the link to the bluetooth driver you need, and also the link to an updated wifi driver for the Ralink wifi card your notebook has...
Bluetooth:
This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink/Motorola Bluetooth and High-Speed (HS) Adapter in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Wifi:
This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink wireless LAN Controllers in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:
What model wifi adapter does your PC come with?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi:
If the wifi was working previously, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category, click on the wireless netrwork adapter listed there, click on the driver tab and see if you can roll back the driver.

Paul,
There is no option for Roll back.
usually what is the compatible wifi adapter for this?
i have a external wifi antenna with usb,if I plugged it out there is no wifi signal in my pc anymore.

Hi:
I'm not quite sure I understand...
Your internal wifi card was not working, and you were using an external USB wifi adapter?
In your screenshot there is a Network Controller device listed.
Please post the hardware ID for that device.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

Your notebook originally came with a Ralink combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.
