Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My Issue is not shown in the Drop down menu. Choose a Board... Cannot find or locate questions and answers to my question. Everything is about Computers, Printers etc... Everytime I click on support etc takes me back to NoWhere..
My Issue!!... My HP services show an outdated Credit Card number.. Virtual Agent states go to Instant Ink and change from there,. Accessed Instant Ink Checked Billing info. The credit card number is Correct on Instant Ink !!! But Incorrect on my HP Services.. There is no Link to Edit Billing information. Keep getting notifications to add HP Smart Friend for $14.99 a month. Im senior citizen live on Social Security. I do not want a monthly pyt .. There should be something available with no cost.. When you dont understand something or need help..

To assist you better, what do you mean by HP services?
Where exactly do you see this message about an outdated credit card?
Are you able to print and use the printer?
Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
