- DPD did not collect my laptop today for repairs.

I first contacted HP via WhatsApp 10 days ago about the loss of my WiFi connection on my laptop. I was given a case number & told to get back once I had set my laptop up via Ethernet connection. I finally was able to get through 3 days ago & they gave me a DPD collection time on 6/8/24 for repairs. I waited in all day & no one has tried to collect my laptop or contact me. I have no way to contact DPD to arrange another collection time. My laptops warranty runs out tomorrow & I’m wondering if this is a deliberate act, so that I’m no longer covered. Can anyone help with any suggestions.
