Hi:
It is the McAfee antivirus software.
McAfee Support Community - McAfee constantly installing updates for days - McAfee Support Community
I don't use McAfee. That is the first software I uninstall when I get a new PC.
I just use the built in Microsoft Defender A/V software which has always worked fine for me.
Here's how to turn updates off but according to McAfee, it is not recommended.
That is because your antivirus program will not be up to date.
Maybe you can enable it when you are at a free Wi-Fi spot if you are on a limited data plan.
