Hi all
When trying to pair a bluetooth device with a laptop, a defective window appears on the laptop screen, in which it is not possible to enter data for pairing. The window size is only 2 lines, including the window title. It is not possible to expand the window.((
Reinstalling the bluetooth driver does not solve the problem.
The image of the defective window on the attached screenshot.
Please suggest a solution to this problem.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @DeShuri
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
Let me check your basic system configuration before I can say anything ... |

OS Name |
Version |
System Model |
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) ) |

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>
- Expand <Audio inputs and outputs>
- Expand <Bluetooth>
- Expand <Network adapters>
- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)
--->>> Send screenshot
(3) Please report back
