Product: windows 10

J’ai un ordinateur portable HP ProBook 640 G2 avec un mot de passe administrateur BIOS que je n’arrive pas à supprimer. J’ai déjà essayé de retirer la pile CMOS, mais cela n’a pas fonctionné. Pourriez-vous m’aider à résoudre ce problème ?
