I cannot 'see' any wifi connections/networks.
Diagnostics says that my network adapter doesn't have a driver.
Going into Device Manager, and showing hidden devices, reveals:
-Virtual Adapter
-Virtual Adapter #2
-RAS ASync ADapter
-Realtek TRL8822BE 802.11ac PCle Adapter
They are all greyed out. Looking at their properties, they all have error code 45 (not physically connected to the device). The last one to have an 'event' was the RAS ASync Adapter, which was apparently configured in April of this year (2024).
Going to the HP website and looking for the device drivers for my particular model "14-cb174wm" leads me to this:
https://support.hp.com/vn-en/drivers/hp-stream-14-cb100-laptop-pc/model/34900041
which has no drivers listed, but which does have a link to a defunct page.
Could somebody please help me figure out:
-which of these drivers is relevant to me and my attempt to connect to the internet
-where I can get the driver, to put on a usb, and transfer to my baby
Thank you for your time.
