Hi @rizaliev,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

The issue you are experiencing with your Bluetooth on your HP notebook can be frustrating, but there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve it. The error code provided suggests a problem with the Bluetooth driver or a conflict with other system resources. Follow these detailed steps to troubleshoot the issue :

Troubleshooting Bluetooth Issues

  1. Uninstall and Reinstall the Bluetooth Driver:
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Locate "Bluetooth" in the list and expand it.
    • Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select "Uninstall device."
    • Check the box for "Delete the driver software for this device" if prompted.
    • Restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the Bluetooth driver upon reboot.

  2. Update Bluetooth Driver:
    • Visit the Official HP® Support and search for your specific laptop model.
    • Download the latest Bluetooth driver compatible with your model and operating system.
    • Install the driver and restart your computer.

  3. Check Windows Update:
    • Ensure your Windows system is fully updated by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
    • Click "Check for updates" and install any pending updates.

  4. Disable Power Saving for Bluetooth:
    • Go back to Device Manager and select your Bluetooth device.
    • Right-click and choose "Properties."
    • Under the "Power Management" tab, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

  5. Ensure Bluetooth Support Service is Running:
    • Open the Services application by typing "services.msc" in the Run dialog (Windows + R).
    • Scroll down to find "Bluetooth Support Service" and ensure it is running. If not, right-click and select "Start." Set the Startup Type to "Automatic."

  6. Check USB Connections:
    • Ensure all internal and external USB connections are secure by physically reseating them.

  7. BIOS Settings:
    • Restart your computer and enter the BIOS setup (usually F10 during startup).
    • Check if there are any settings related to Bluetooth that need to be enabled.
    • Be sure to save changes and exit the BIOS setup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
