Product: Spectre x360-13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Spectre x360 with LTE SIM slot. It works great for internet connectivity. Is there a software that can enable me dial phone numbers, send and receive SMS using the SIM?

We understand that it's good to feature to introduce the use of the send SMS and use the phone feature.

 

Still, now there is no software released to use a notebook as a phone. 

 

We take this input is future built try to implement
