Hello everyone,

I have a router BE from BEZEQ. 

When I try to connect to my WIFI network, the computer finds the network, but after I type the password, a message appears stating that I cannot connect to this network.

The computer is from 2014. I'm trying to figure out if this is a hardware issue with today's devices, or is this a software issue that can be resolved by changing settings? Anyone have an idea?
