Product: hp DF1050TW Digital Photo Frame
Operating System: Unknown

I am unable to successfully connect the wifi for the digital frame. I consistently get the message: "Link Error." The password is correct and other devices connect fine. I saw that this was mentioned previously on posts, however, I can find no solutions. Thanks for your help.

  • Have you checked to connect it to a different network?
  • Are you connecting to 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below user guide and check if it helps.
