Microsoft Windows 11

I have had my laptop apart for some months on a card table which was moved not by me but my wife who dislikes Pc's.

After upgrading the BT/WIFI card and booting it. my display seems junk. I'm wondering how much a unsupported display is prone to damage? How easily can they be damaged. i set it on top a cardboard box central and not fully. Would its own weight due to sag from gravity have caused damage to the display?
