i also installed network derivers (HP it4120 snapdragon x5 LTE driver also others) from HP official website but issue not resolve yet .Ether i don't have WWAN card or some other problem? i wants to use 4g sim for internetScreenshot 2022-08-26 162821.png

Hi:

 

You don't have a WWAN card or that would have been listed under the Network adapters device manager category along with the Intel Wi-Fi and ethernet adapters.

 

All HP Elitebooks have SIM card slots.

 

What 90% of them don't have is the expensive, optional WWAN card that actually connects to the cellular service.

 

The SIM card authorizes your access to the network.

 

You would have to check to make sure your notebook has the antenna wires present to add a WWAN card and you can only buy one of the WWAN cards listed in chapter 3 of the service manual.

The card you buy must have the HP part number on it or it will not work.
