Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a 1000 MBit/s internet connection that also works through my WLAN. When I connect my G5 docking station through a LAN cable and then plug the docking station with my laptop, the received ethernet speed is only around 200 MBit/s, which seems to be due to some speed reduction in the docking station itself. Is there any way to fix this?
