Good morning

I had bought a HP spectre not so long and i would like to know if it's compatible with eSim or at least with a standard Sim

What is your Hp spectre x360 15-df0xxx  ? Your machine MAY have SIM card slot (shared with microSD slot) but SIM card alone won't work, you need WWAN card which is an option.

 

Did you buy WWAN card option for your machine ?  Please check Device Manager, Network adapter to see does it have HP 7560 LTE/ADV+ 4G with GPS M.2 component ? If NO, you can't use SIM card.
