I downloaded the mediatek ralink bluetooth software and installed then restrted. However it won't run becuase it says that Windows 10 doesn't support. Any other ideas??

HP Recommended

NO.

If you post some of the info from msinfo32, getmac or systeminfo then maybe we would know if you have bluetooth or not.

IT COULD BE BROKEN/MISSING/FAILED.
