im using Hp pavilion gaming 15 and the issue is whenever i use 2.4ghz wifi the download speed gets stuck at 1 or 4Mbps

and the upload gives 50/50mbps i tried installing drivers what experts recommended but it didn't worked the speed fixes when i turn off my router and turn it back on again and connect my laptop with it the speed fixes but for  only for barely 1 - 2minutes or some seconds i get 25mbps speed if i change the wireless mode to IEEE 802.11b/g
