Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)

I have two of the same laptops  one has download speeds  at 30mg  the other is dreadful   i am lucky if it is getting  around 10mg  at best   i have only just got the  laptop  in  November any help would be great  thanks Stevie

When you say SAME do you mean EXACTLY same model/product. If yes, please reinstall network driver to the slower machine

Hint: Using Device Manager to get info from better machine to download.

yes it is the exact system    unfortunately   the  network driver did not make any difference (again it starts at about 15mbs then just keeps dropping the speed )
